She is survived by: her husband Ned Browder; her children, Terri Ervin (Steve) and Rob Browder (Nicole); her grandchildren, Nichole, Andrew, Victoria, Noah and Carson; her siblings, Barbara Seals and Floyd Hammond (Vicky); and her child Shirley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Volusia Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Central Baptist Church (152 Fairview Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32114). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at the Volusia Memorial Park (550 N Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Turie T. Small Elementary School Music Department or Hospice Care of Middletown, Ohio — two causes close to Shirley's heart.
