He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Rutherford and Louise Rutherford (Causey); and his siblings, Troy Holley and Marie Rutherford. He is survived by: his children, Maria Rodriguez (Manny), Jeremi Rutherford (Cheyenne) and Zackari Rutherford; and his brothers, Ricky Holley, Glen Holley, Johnny Rutherford and David Rutherford. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, numerous family members and friends.
