She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Stratton and Beatrice Stratton (Paquin); her husband Ernest N. Urfer; her sister Joan Stratton; and her niece Kristen Long.
She is survived by: her children, Carol (Michael Elstien), David S. (Holly Urfer) and Glenn E. (Tracy Urfer); her grandchildren, Daniel, Sarah Elstien, Austin, Cameron Urfer, Trevor, Brendan, Kaitlyn and Logan Haynes; her great grandchild Zephaniah Haynes; her brother Richard E. Stratton; her siblings' child Chaffie Stratton-Cross; her siblings, Peter J. Stratton and Beatrice C. Welch (Robert); and her nieces, Nicole Long-Luczynski, Victoria Welch and Emily Welch.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. (895 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Columba Church (835 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A burial will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Denis Cemetery (604 Beekman Rd, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533).
