She was predeceased by: her parents, John Boulware and Opal Boulware (Sprouse); her husband George Merritt; her son-in-law Jim Dorris; and her grandsons, Bo Dorris and Vincent DeVos.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn McIntyre (William) and Carolyn Dorris. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; nineteen great-great-grandchildren; many other relatives and countless dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shadel's Colonial Chapel (1001 Lynn St, Lebanon, MO 65536). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at the Mt. Rose Memorial Park (193 Mountrose St, Lebanon, MO 65536).
