He is survived by: his daughter Natalie Westhoff of Grain Valley, Missouri; his stepchildren, Melissa Knight of Pensacola, Florida and Michael Booth of Owensville, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Austin Westhoff (Kathryn) of Independence, Missouri, Jonathon Booth of Owensville, Missouri, Tiffany Knight-Rouse of Pensacola, Florida and Edward Knight of Los Angeles, California.; his great grandchildren, Lenora and Lydia Rouse; and his sister Michaelene Hart of Pacific. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
