She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Woods and Naomi Woods; and her brother Ronald Martin Woods. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Owen Brown, Jr.; her children, Matthew O. Brown and Elizabeth Ann Romagni (Esteban); her grandson Phillip J. Romagni; her sister-in-law Lorraine Woods; and her sibling's children, Susan Johnson and Shawn Woods.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Terrace Oaks Chapel (12690 N 56th St, Temple Terrace, FL 33617). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Alexandria Episcopal Church (502 Druid Hills Rd, Temple Terrace, FL 33617). A committal service will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judy's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
