He is survived by: his wife Mary Tidwell; his sister Bobbie Gibson; his children, Mike Tidwell (Lisa) and Laurie Johnson (Darran); his grandchildren, Douglas Tidwell (Victoria), Reid Tidwell (Lucy), Nicole Walsh (Scott) and Mary Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Madison Walsh, Adeline Tidwell, Jack Tidwell, Cille Tidwell and Clara Tidwell.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Faith Chapel Funeral Home and Crematory (1000 S Hwy 29, Cantonment, FL 32533-6418).
