Visitation will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home Milton Chapel (6405 US-90, Milton, FL 32570). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
