She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Jackson and Annie Taylor; her husband Charles Lanier; her children, Rebecca Robinson, Za'Kayle Lanier, Tony Jackson (Lajiaya) of Rochester and Jonathan Lanier; her sister Fannie Corbett (Mike) of Avon Park, Florida; her grandchildren, Michael Robinson (Alexis), Aaron Robinson, Christopher Robinson, Latrice Johnson, Taneci Khaler, Toilicia Walker, Max Coleman, Traycee Jackson, Nelson, Heaven Nelson and Ramon Gibson; and her son Shamiraca Taylor (Quayvion Taylor). She was also cherished by great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins, and a special daughter.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carthage Chapel Funeral Home (929 W Beaver St, Jacksonville, FL 32206). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greater Zion Grove Missionary Baptist Church (6317 118th St, Jacksonville, FL 32244). A burial will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
