He is survived by: his children, Jesse Leavitt and Kelly Perry (Dustin); his grandsons, Bryce Perry (Whitney), Brayden Perry and Ashton Perry; and his sister Laree VanTreeck.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Family's Home.
