With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Preston W. Anderson of Panama City, Florida, who passed away on September 17, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earlie Preston and Cora Lee Moss Anderson; his former wife Marjorie E. Anderson; his daughters, Carol Anderson and Patricia Forrester; and his brothers, Loy Be Anderson and David Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Anderson; and his children, Kenneth Duane (Theresa), Mark (Brenda), Shelly, Lisa (Dwayne), Teresa (Bill), Mike (Rachel), Sandy (Paul) and CJ.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel (2403 Harrison Ave, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, an organization that reflects Preston's lifelong dedication to his fellow veterans.
