She is survived by: her husband Joel Payne; her sons, Gregg Payne (Tracy) of McKinney, Texas and Jeremy Payne (Gena) of Pensacola, Florida; her siblings, Susan Wiley (Sam) of Houston, Texas, Hope Snell (Larry) of Bedford, Virginia and Jeff Wells (Amaya) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Grace Payne of McKinney and Nathan Payne of Pensacola, Florida..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (9 N 6th St, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034).
