He was predeceased by: his sister Elizabeth Ann Obar James. He is survived by: his parents, Mary Gideon Jowers and Mark Obar; his brothers, Mark Obar, Jr. (Kimberly) and Frank Obar; and his aunt Jill Obar Deal. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the James & Lipford Funeral Home (5390 Cotton St, Graceville, FL 32440).
