He is survived by: his father Ken; his wife Anna; his children, Hampton, Clayton and Bristol; his siblings, Parker, Ken, Terry, Kimberly and Spencer; and his in-laws, Rocker Salzer, Jean Walsh, Karen Hicks, Rocky and Jessica Salzer. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
