He was predeceased by: his parents, David "Pete" Skinner and Sarah Ann Smith Skinner; and his sister Linda Wells. He is survived by: his girlfriend Vicky Williford; his daughter Mary Limburger (Jonathan); and his siblings, Wanda Carnley, Sandy Ward (Gerald), Lamar Skinner and Greg Skinner (Pam). He is also survived by two grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the James & Lipford Funeral Home (5390 Cotton St, Graceville, FL 32440). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at the Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery (5083 FL-77, Graceville, FL 32440).
