He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lewis and Mary Bernhardt Lewis Howard; and his son Stephen T. Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Parks Lewis of Orange Park; his son William "Bill" Lewis, Jr. (Cathy) of Lake City, FL; his stepdaughters, Terri Dorsey (Chuck) of Watkinsville, GA, Tanya Conrad of Jacksonville, Rita McDaniel (David) of Jacksonville and Andrea Harris (Josh) of Jesup; his brother Jesse Lewis (Margaret) of Patterson; and his stepgrandchildren, Morgan McHugh (Michael), Adam Dorsey, Jonathan Courson (Cindy), Nathan McDaniel (Caroline), Avery McDaniel (Baylee), Sam Simmons and Ben Simmons. He is also survived by seven step-great grandchildren; one step-great great grandchild; and several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pearson-Dial Chapel (659 Main St, Blackshear, GA 31516). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Patterson Cemetery.
