He was predeceased by: his mother Marcella Carlucci Fagan; and his niece Jacqualine Geroldi. He is survived by: his father Richard Fagan Sr.; his wife Tracy Fagan; his children, Richard R., Kennedy Ann Fagan and Kimberly Johnston (Tyler); his grandchildren, Evelynn and Marlin Johnston; his great grandchild William Fagan; and his siblings, Richard Fagan Jr. and Gina Geroldi (Armando). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Good Life Funeral Home & Cremation (8408 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32817). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to support the South Florida Bandits baseball team—to help ensure Patrick's love and passion for the game and his players continue to live on. #BanditBoyz The family will received friends and extended family Saturday, September 27, 2025, in Good Life Funeral Home & Cremation, 8408 E.
