He was predeceased by: his grandsons, Harvey McKinney and Stephen McKinney; his son Hubert Jr. (Nancy McKinney); his wife Estella Ruth McKinney; his siblings, Carroll McKinney Jr., James McKinney, David McKinney, Ernest McKinney, Roy McKinney, Doris Faye McKinney, Edna Hector and Maxine Niedecken; and his parent Zoetta Wright McKinney.
He is survived by: his children, Doyle (Beverly McKinney), Ronnie (Tammy McKinney), Glenn McKinney of Clyde and Vivian (Frank Wright); and his sister Pat Livingston of Arkansas. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home (2508 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Calvary Assembly of God (908 Johnston St, Midland, TX 79701).
