He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Ragland and Bernita Ragland (Hill). He is survived by: his wife Michelina Ragland; his children, Rocco Ragland (Marcia Dao) and Yvette Setzer (Jake); his granddaughter Stellina Maria Setzer; and his brother John McFarland (Julie).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allen Family Funeral (2112 W Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75023). A Mass will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (2700 Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75023). A burial will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dallas/Ft Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
