The memory of Gary Lange of Brenham, Texas, who passed away on September 16, 2025 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his fathers, Chester Eugene Lange and Earle Adair Wasson Lange; his daughters-in-law, Harper of Brenham and Natalie Lange of Brenham; his wife Donna Day Lange; his former wife Ruby Kobs Lange; his brother William "Billy" (Joanne Lange); his son-in-law Dwight Conway of Brenham; his brother-in-law Tommy Day; and his friend Melva Hanath.
He is survived by: his child Dant Lange (Stacey Hamby); his daughters-in-law, Stacy Willis Lange of Brenham and Brandi Conway of Brenham; his grandchildren, Jacob Lange (Mishon), Josh Lange (Sarah), Katie Lange, Cash Conway, Carli Sebesta (Adam), Jimmy Heritage, Tice and Slade Lange; his sister Dee Glaesman (Larry) of Brenham; his siblings-in-law, Debbie and Roy Alvarado of Austin; and his stepchildren, Donna Kobs Hammons, Connie Kobs Lehmann (Mark) and Nelson Floyd Kobs (Sandra). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Oaks Chapel (1306 W Main St, Brenham, TX 77833). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at the Prairie Lea Cemetery (1004 Prairie Lea St, Brenham, TX 77833).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Boys and Girls Club of Washington County.
